Chenille embroidery machine produces beautiful loop and chain stitches
This machine can perform chenille embroidery using loop and chain stitches. Tajima is a pioneer in chenille machines with automation, multiple heads, and multiple colors. The lineup includes a single-head type suitable for small lots and sample production, a multi-head type for mass production, and a mixed type combined with a regular flat embroidery head for use in different applications.
Unique texture and fluffy touch
Chenille embroidery can be applied by combining the loop stitch, which is made by pulling up the thread with a crochet hook, and the chain stitch, which is finished in a chain shape. With its gentle three-dimensional effect and soft touch, chenille embroidery is used for patches, casual fashion, children’s clothing, miscellaneous goods and accessories, and more.
Enables coiling and taping embroidery. Coiling gives threads a soft touch on par with chenille embroidery.
This option handles sequins of various diameters, from small to large, as well as non-circular and eccentric sequins.
Switching the two types of cording device attachments enables the addition of loops and cords.
High-speed operation, up to 750 rpm
High-speed revolutions up to a maximum of 750 rpm for chenille embroidery vastly increases productivity.
Automatic 6-color changing and stitch type change
The color change sequence and stitch type (loop stitch, chain stitch) are randomly selectable.
Automatic retraction function enhances efficiency
The N-Pipe and presser foot automatically retract when embroidering is finished. This facilitates work when changing fabrics and switching frames.
Tie-off function to prevent the thread from fraying
After completing loop stitching, several stitches of chain stitching are automatically added. This prevents thread fraying that leads to product defects.
Automatic needle height adjustment mechanism
The height of the needle can be adjusted to match the sewing method, for example to adjust for the loop height or chain size.
